Yes, I came across mine the other day in the cupboard, the words you want
are 'slightly cooler' rather than 'icy cold' and its pretty noisy too.

Sainsburys are selling them at the moment.

I've just bought the big version, cost me £50 incl. a picnic blanket.

They also do a smaller 6-can version (the big one will hold around 6-8
2lt bottles, I reckon) that's £30, including picnic blanket.

They don't keep your drinks ice-cold, but they're cold enough.
