 502 on viewing some attachments

Hi everyone,
We're aware that some of you are seeing 502 errors when clicking to
view some of your attachments. While we work on fixing it, you can get
around the problem by downloading the attachments. Our apologies for

previews of attached pictures

Pictures attached to emails have always showed up in "preview" form,
but suddenly none are viewable. Even pictures received last week, for
which previews were available on receipt, are no longer viewable this
week. What's the story please? Why can they no longer be seen?

More spam in Inbox since late September

Outlook Express not connecting

Several times I have encounter a problem sending/receiving mail at
Outlook Express getting a message that my gmail account is "not
active". I then go to my Gmail account in explorer and open it after
which I am able to get my email in my mail box at Outlook. WHY IS

Long lines won't wrap in Gmail's using IE6/7.

I normally use Firefox with a couple of gmail accounts, but I have
some finance profiles in my primary account that was not setup in a
secondary gmail account, so I use IE7 (recently upgraded from IE6) for
that gmail account.
One thing I noticed right away is that in IE7(6), long lines don't

Preview Showing Old Messages

A client of mine and myself are having trouble previewing email,
because it just keeps showing the old messages instead of the new
ones! What's going on?

A bunch of old mail in my InBox

I logged into my computer yesterday and instead of my InBox showing
roughly 100 unread messages, it now shows more than 1200! When I went
to see what all the messages were, I determined that they were old
messages that I had already received and deleted or archived. Does

you wiped me out completely

This morning Oct 5 I logged in and my entire inbox was wiped out. I
went to all mail and there were e-mails I received that were NOT in
"all mail". I searched in all my folders. I hope you have a backup
of my inbox someplace.

blocking a certain email address

I have someone that won't stop harrassing and emailing me, and I want
to know if there's a way to block their specific email address only.
Not just move it as a filter to the trash bin, but give them notice
that the email has been returned and/or blocked. Can someone please
help?
