You can also ask questions about Mail Fetcher (aka "Get mail from other [POP3] accounts"). Apple mail kicking back working addresses

I am using the latest version of Apple Mail. I have tried POP and
SMTP setups and both times, the same list of working addresses get
kicked back because it says the server isn't recognizing those
recipients. It works when I send by logging in through gmail the
regular way (through my browser) but not when I send from Apple Mail.... more »

sending copy to myself

I am trying to use Eudora to download all my gmail to my Mac. It
works fine, except sometimes I cc a message to myself just to have a
copy for my records. gmail doesn't let these copies download. Anyone
know how to get around this? Thanks.

Messages deleted twice now

So i've read through all these pages about finding help and everything
is going in circles. My email(inbox only) was deleted a month ago all
the way back until July 3rd.. I took the necessary precautions and
changed my email and settings as recommended by the help center.
However, I come back and now they have all be deleted back to 8-8-08.... more »

Gmail fetch & Novell Groupwise

I am trying without much success to fetch email via pop3 into a gmail
account. The account I am fetching from is on a Novell Groupwise 7
system, I'd like to move all of the email from that account into gmail
without having to individually forward every message (there are a lot
of them.)

Spam Not getting Filtered

As of yesterday, most of the spam I get is reaching my inbox !! Please
help !!
Some spam is being filtered correctly, but very little.

emails sent to gmail account bounced back wioth failure notice

Have attempted to send from my account with Newnet to a gmail address.
The recipient is receiving emails O.K. from everyone else but I keep
getting this message back.
Is it me, my server or gmail?

Identifying accounts

My wife and I each have an account, is there a way to identify each
account with a different color or some other means of marking so that
I don't hers by mistake. Thank you.
